• What are Waves? 

  • Waves are different times you can choose to go during the family vacation.  We are able to share our discounts up to 9 rooms on the same dates.  So up to 9 rooms can be booked with our discount for each wave. ​

• If I book a 2 bedroom Suite would that count as 2 rooms against the discount? 

  • No.  A 2 bedroom Suite is considered 1 Room. So you can book a 2 or 3 bedroom suite and share it with a family member(s)​

• Do I have to reserve through this website?

  • Depends. If you do not want to take advantage of Jerry & Charnice Prime Traveler Membership, then you this site only makes it easier to view rooms based on preference.  You can book your room using any resource you choose (Expedia, Marriott, Travel Agent, etc)​​

  • If you are utilizing Jerry & Charnice's Prime Traveler Membership you would have to utilize Reserve through this website (or confirm with Charnice directly) and book on the Royalton Splash Cancun website using their username and password. (Please reach out to them for the login information) 

• Is someone organizing the payments? 

  • Yes, if you're utilize the Prime Traveler discount. After booking online connect with Charnice Edwards to pay Prime Travelers to finalize your booking. 

  • No, if you are using your own travel options.  

• What about travel?

  • You will make your own travel arrangements and use the airline you prefer to travel with.​

• Do I have to stay at the resort?

  • No, however, ​If you do not stay at the resort there is a $150/person/day fee to gain access to the resort​​

• Is there a limit on how many drinks I can have? 

  • No, it is all included with no limit. You can have as many drinks as you'd like (you can even bring your insulated cup & they will fill it to the brim) 

• Is there a limit on how much we can order to eat? 

  • No, it is all included with no limits.  If you want you can order 2 or 3 steaks or multiple different dishes. ​

• Does it cost to order room service? 

  • No, it is all included with no limit.  You can order room service at any time and with no limit.  

• Can I eat at any restaurant? 

  • YES​ - If you book with our Membership regardless of which room you book

  • YES - If you book a Diamond Club room

  • NO - If you do not book with our membership and do not book a  Diamond Club room.

• Are there activities for kids club?

  • There is a Kids Club

    • Childcare is provided for kids ages 4-13 

    • You must stay with kids 1-3 years 

      • Only one adult is allowed to enter at a time

  • There is also a kiddie pool section for all ages ​

  • There is a Water Park 

    • A small park for kids 0-8
    • A Major water park for ages 8+ (depending on height)

• Can I make dinner reservations for/with my group at the resort? 

  • Yes you can make reservations through the app with with your butler​

 Jerry & Charnice's Discount Through Prime Traveler Club

• What is Prime Traveler Club

  • Prime Traveler Club is a discount traveler membership through Marriott allowing discounts of at minimum 30% off the price of the room. ​

  • If you book using a Prime Traveler Club account your stay will also include Diamond Class benefits at no additional cost. 

    • Note: Recommended to book a non-Diamond Class room to take advantage of the discount ​

  • Prime Traveler Club membership can be used at 23 All Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean

• Do I have to purchase Prime Traveler Club to take advantage of the discount for this trip

  • No.​  The discount with be through Jerry and Charnice's membership

    • Note: if you would like to join to take advantage for your future trips you can but there's no pressure or requirements. ​

• Is this a timeshare program? 

  • No, it's  travel discount program. ​

• Do I have to attend a 90 minute presentation to take advantage of Jerry & Charnice discount? 

  • As of September 2024, we were advised that our guest are NOT required to attend a 90-minute presentation to take advantage of the discounts. 

    • Note: Please note that this program is still fairly new & growing.  We can not guarantee that this policy would not change by June 2026. We recommend being prepared to attend just in case. ​​

• I would like to stay before/after the listed Wave dates. Would I still be able to take advantage of Jerry & Charnice's Prime Traveler Clubs discount?

  • Yes.  The discount can technically be used at anytime with no restriction on the amount of days

    • Note: Unless the resort itself has a restriction. (ex. requires a 3 night stay at minimum)  ​

 Prime Traveler Club & Diamond Club FAQ

• What is the main difference between Prime Traveler Club, Diamond Club & non-Diamond Club

  • Prime Traveler/Diamond Club .members have:​

    • Personal Butlers​

    • Lunch and Dinner Reservation 

    • Access to Diamond Club

    • Pools​

    • Bar

    • Beach

    • Restaurants

  • If you book with a Prime Traveler Club membership you do not have to book a Diamond Club room (which cost significantly more) to take advantage of the benefits

• Can I still participate in all events if do not have Prime Traveler/Diamond Club

  • No. You may not be able to participate in events assigned specifically for the Diamond Club

  • Prime Traveler & Diamond Club guest can utilize your TV to view upcoming events 

• Is liquor included in the Diamond Club Rooms?

  • This can vary based on the room section - please check what's included in the room features section
